In this week’s video I take a closer look at the QSC TouchMix 08 with an overview of the features that I have found to be most helpful in real world use. This mixer is one of my favorite new products to come out in recent years and includes a few key features that set it apart from other similar offerings. The two biggest advantages this console has over offerings like the Soundcraft Ui Series Consoles & the Behringer x-Air series are the addition of hardware controls on the surface, combined with output delay available on each output channel. These are two absolutely critical features for using the console in a professional setting, and it is a shame to see them not included from other manufacturers.

Next week. I will be digging deeper into the primary controls of the mixer and how it allows you to interact with your audio.
